Your Role * Lead and coach consultants across three teams, providing 1:1s and structured development * Drive consistent achievement of KPIs and sales goals, while fostering a positive, accountable culture * Support consultants in managing pipelines and developing innovative lead generation ideas * Analyse sales data to identify trends and optimise team performance * Collaborate closely with company Directors to align sales outcomes with strategic goals What We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading internal sales teams, ideally in recruitment or telesales * Proven success in coaching and motivating teams to deliver high performance * Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills * Strong commercial awareness and ability to make data-driven decisions * Confident working in fast-paced, target-driven environments * Ability to commute via own transport to the Oxford office (this is not a remote role) Ready to Lead Our Team?
