Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the operational management and leadership of all children’s care homes to provide the highest quality of care and support to children in accordance with company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the regulatory body OFSTED.
* Work with office locations (Lymm or Worsley) and field-based operations teams to maximise potential and continuously enrich the lives of the people we support.
* Ensure compliance with governing body regulations, company policies and procedures, and health and safety requirements through your registered managers.
* Develop and motivate a high performing team; participate in appointment, training and induction for new settings.
* Oversee compliance, leadership, health and safety and related responsibilities via registered managers.
Requirements / Qualifications
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Track record of delivering high quality care in a CQC-regulated environment; ability to lead and develop a large team.
* Established Area Manager or very experienced Senior Registered Manager within a similar, regulated setting.
* Full driving licence.
