Document Controller / Project Admin Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrator / Project Support Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support across a busy project environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with Microsoft Office and record management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and accurately record project documentation in line with company procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is correctly filed and stored.
* Support the preparation and production of final work packs using Microsoft Office software.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Third-Party Design Team.
* Ensure all Project Data Security procedures are adhered to at all times.
* Assist the wider team to ensure project deadlines and objectives are achieved.
1. Essential Skills & Experience
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
* Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience using databases and electronic record systems.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and work to deadlines.
* Able to work independently and use initiative with minimal supervision.
* Professional, enthusiastic, and conscientious approach to work.
* Understanding of handling confidential and sensitive information.
