Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive primary school team.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with high needs and challenging behaviour. You’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in an educational or residential setting
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour management
* A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
