Your Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:
* Act as a Key Person for a group of children
* Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences
* Follow and implement the EYFS with confidence
* Track progress and support next steps in development
* Build strong, professional relationships with parents
* Contribute positively to team culture and standards
* Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
You won’t just supervise — you’ll educate, nurture and lead.
