The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries relating to their new telephony refresh
* Coach and guide customers on their new systems
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the solution onboarding process
* Support customers during their go-live phase
* Escalate any configuration issues to appropriate technical teams
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Key Requirements
* Essential: Customer service experience
* Confident communicator with ability to build strong customer relationships
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn new systems and work independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Positive, solution-focused approach
No prior technical experience required - full training provided
