Working Hours:
6pm - 6am / 4 on - 4 off Shift Rotation

Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day running of the recycling facility
* Step up into Management when the Manager is away from the business
* Operate heavy machinery
* Ensure materials are sorted, processed, and handled correctly
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Monitor workflow and help meet daily production and recycling targets
* Report operational issues, equipment faults, xsngvjr or safety concerns to management

Requirements:
* Previous experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Forklift or plant experience is an advantage (but not essential)
