Customer Support Administrator
Job type: Temporary 3-6,months
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: £11-£11:50/hr.
Location: Carlisle (North)
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to work for a well-established logistics business.
The role:
Working closely with the Sales Team to identify and prospect new business opportunities, handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer support for the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to any sales or customer enquiries in a timely manner accurate manner
2. Booking appointments and attending meetings and note taking
3. Liaising with internal and external personnel regarding delivery of goods
4. Maintaining contact with current customers to ensure service expectations are met
5. Achieving set KPI’s
6. Ensuring accurate sales reporting
7. Accurately maintain database and customer records
8. General administration duties including emailing, scanning etc.
9. Additional duties as required
Skills/Experience
10. Previous administration experience (desirable)
11. Previous experience of working in a sales environment (desirable)
12. Confident & professional telephone manner
13. Good communication skills, written and verbal
14. Ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
15. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
16. Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
17. Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
18. Good numerical and analytical skills, including experience of spreadsheets and computer-based systems, including Microsoft products
