Daily management, coaching, development and motivation of staff, ensuring all relevant HR policies are followed. Supervising of all staff on shift ensuring they are managed in line with company standards To provide effective support to the CHD Transport Manager to ensure constant improvement in all areas of the operation. Route planning and monitoring of routes for required depot to ensure route planning is planned effectively with company costs and KPIs in mind.
