This is an opportunity to join one of London's most prominent housing studios with excellent culture and social calendar on a 6 month contract basis.
Position:
These are immediate roles to join an existing team to produce and coordinate packages in revit for a significant London housing project at RIBA stage 4. You will be responsible for high quality architectural drawings including but not limited to, and depending on experience - envelope, facade, balconies, podiums, cores, lifts and/or bathrooms and kitchens, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure buildability and compliance.
Candidate:
* Qualified architect, technologist, or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience working on complex London focused HRB housing projects at RIBA Stages 3–4 onwards.
* Comfortable coordinating with consultants, contractors and sub contractors.
* Expert Revit skills
* This is a design focused firm so although a technical role, they still require strong design sensibilities and a well curated portfolio.
* Adaptable and able to work across varying work steams.
* Immediately available for contract work for up to 6 months.

Join a leading design name who are boutique in size, allowing close collaboration and a strong sense of culture, however are significant in their impact in shaping the London housing market. They welcome contractor workers and treat them as part of their team with monthly lunches, Friday drinks, cultural visits, seasonal parties and much more. You will be joining immediately to work out of a bright and spacious office in SW with the option for 1 day WFH.
