Responsibilities
As a social worker within our MASH team, you will work to keep children and young people at the heart of assessments and decision‑making. You will partner with agencies such as health, education, police and voluntary sector to ensure families receive coordinated and appropriate support. You must understand the principles and functions of a Front Door / Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub and demonstrate the ability to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people within tight timescales.
Qualifications
* Social Work England registration
* Experience within a MASH team (preferred)
* Recognised qualification in Social Work
* Passed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) if qualified after 2012
* DBS clearance (Enhanced Adults and Children’s)
