We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and office management, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle administrative tasks including sending emails, updating documents, editing PDFs and .docx files, and managing printing and scanning needs.
* Answer and manage phone calls in a professional manner.
* Chasing up on work whether via email or via phone call.
* Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel) and other records accurately.
* Assist in managing the office building and providing support to clients and residents within the premises.
* Monitor the building environment to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any issues as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to support overall office efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other common office software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional and approachable with good problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn on the job whether that is filling a complicated type of document or whether that is taking initiative on some other matter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
