Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef, located in Leeds. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing sushi dishes, ensuring food hygiene standards, cutting of fish, and utilizing culinary skills to create high-quality dishes. Daily tasks will include food preparation, maintaining hygiene at all times, cooking, handling seafood, and ensuring dishes are presented to the highest standards.

* Expertise in food preparation, Japanese cuisine, and culinary skills
* In-depth knowledge of different sushi skills
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
* Experience in creating sushi dishes
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Previous experience as a Sushi Chef is a plus
