Shifts: 6pm-10pm or 7pm-11pm
Must have flexibility to work across the full week including weekends

As a Care Practitioner at our home, your role may include:
Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
Offer emotional reassurance and companionship
Monitor residents' wellbeing
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
Work closely with theteam to ensure continuity of care
