About the team and the role
The SFM team is responsible for the execution and delivery of all supplier media hosted onsite. We act as mediators, balancing the needs of the business alongside the requirements of the suppliers whilst always ensuring the customer is at the heart of all that we do. We deliver a vast volume of media, whilst never compromising on quality to ensure the customer enjoys a rich and rewarding experience every time.
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a key role in creating, optimising and executing media on Ocado.com. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns on time, following Ocado.com standards.
What you’ll do
* Communicate promo periods with suppliers; ensuring timely delivery of assets and effective collaboration.
* Maintain standards of all supplier-provided assets, including templates and guides, and conduct quality checks on banners with constructive feedback or corrections if required.
* Design internal banners using Adobe Photoshop, XD & Figma ensuring these adhere to Ocado's brand guidelines and fulfil supplier briefs.
* Provide status updates and escalate issues to the Senior E-commerce Executive and other relevant internal stakeholders when required.
* Align with Buyers and Category Assistants to ensure promos are correct and loaded on time.
* Analyse insights data to report on the media effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Who you are
* A designer with a passion for brand, and excellent attention to detail.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Studio suite and Figma.
* Understanding of how Tableau and Contentful insights enrich the customer experience.
* Experience in problem solving.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads in fast-paced environments.
