What you'll be doing
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the kitchen:
* Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Run sections and maintain high standards during service
* Assist with menu development and daily specials
* Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes
* Support stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Chef in a quality kitchen environment
* Strong background working with fresh, seasonal produce
* Passion for food and creative flair
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
* Excellent attention to detail and consistency
* Own transport required
