Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 6 physiotherapist looking for the next step in their career to join the Musculoskeletal Service at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust as a Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. CLCH is one of the largest community trusts.
The successful candidate must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Main duties of the job
1. Be professional and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your work, including managing patients in your care.
2. Ensure a high level of clinical care for your patients and support your peers.
3. Provide an equitable service for all patients, including hard-to-reach groups.
4. Conduct comprehensive assessments using investigative and analytical skills.
5. Be aware of your professional limitations and seek support through supervision and team discussions.
6. Apply appropriate assessment and treatment techniques in line with evidence-based practice, guidelines, and policies.
7. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity, especially for patients with complex presentations.
8. Independently refer to other health agencies and participate in multidisciplinary assessments where appropriate.

Education/Qualification (Essential)
* BSc Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Registration with the Health Professions Council
Experience (Essential)
* Experience in outpatient departments
* NHS experience
* Experience with diverse patient conditions
* Undergraduate research project
Skills & Knowledge (Essential)
* Effective manual physiotherapy skills for neuromusculoskeletal conditions
* Working towards or holding a full Masters qualification
