Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Finance Manager at Kogo Limited, located in East Grinstead. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including preparing and analysing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and financial reporting. The role includes developing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager will also provide financial insights and guidance to support business decision-making and long-term planning. It would also be useful to have good operational skills too as we use a variety of tools to help streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
* Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
* Experience in Budgeting processes
* Proficiency in Xero and Xero Payroll
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting, or related field;
* Professional certifications such as AAT Level 3 or higher
* Experience in Connectwise PSA
* Experience in IT support services using Connectwise PSA is advantageous
