Registered Manager – Foxes Care Home for Young People Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee our small, supportive residential home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We are a new home committed to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people, backed by a strong management team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the care home
* Ensure that the home complies with all Ofsted regulations and quality standards
* Develop and manage staff teams to deliver exceptional care
* Safeguard and enhance the welfare of children and young people
* Maintain adherence to all legislative and internal policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD children’s home
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted guidelines and safeguarding processes
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Enhanced DBS update service
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £48,000 per year + Bonus package based on agreed developments
