<div><p>PARDGROUP SPA LONDON, United Kingdom Design Hybrid</p><h3>Company Description</h3><p><b>Pardgroup</b>, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new <b>Senior Designer</b> to join our UK team in London.</p><h3>Position</h3><p>The new colleague will carry out the following activities:</p><ul><li>Develop creative concepts from initial brief through to final presentation, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;</li><li>Produce high-quality 2D and 3D design output for client presentations and internal development;</li><li>Creating retail environments, pop-ups, window displays, and experiential concepts for premium and luxury brands;</li><li>Work closely with project managers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure concepts are commercially viable and deliverable;</li><li>Support the preparation of client pitch decks, mood boards, renders, and presentation material;</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment;</li><li>Support design development through material selection, finishes, detailing, and technical coordination;</li><li>Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations where required.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p><ul><li>At least 5-10 years experience as a Senior Designer within retail design, experiential, VM, exhibitions, interiors, or creative production;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of retail environments, materials, finishes, and spatial design;</li><li>Experience developing projects from concept through to production;</li><li>Strong understanding of how creative ideas translate into physical environments;</li><li>Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;</li><li>Experience using 3D design software such as SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, Rhino, or similar;</li><li>Strong rendering and visualisation capabilities;</li><li>Excellent communication, organisational and collaboration skills;</li><li>A positive, proactive, and hands‑on attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Other information</h3><ul><li>Experience working with luxury or premium brands within retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors;</li><li>Knowledge of production processes, fabrication, and installation methods;</li><li>Motion, animation, or AI visualisation experience would be advantageous;</li><li>Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.</li></ul><p>Pardgroup is an equal opportunity employer.</p></div>
