We need to
•Ensure excellent provision for all pupils as they work towards achieving Welsh Second Language qualifications
•Lead and inspire a team of creative educators
•Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the faculty
•Contribute to the development and delivery of the Welsh and bilingual curriculum
•Promote bilingualism and Welsh language skills among students
•Drive initiatives to enhance creativity across various subjects
•Support the Associate Assistant Headteacher in strategic planning and curriculum development

•Qualified teacher, with experience of teaching Welsh second Language to GCSE level, and looking to develop their leadership journey
•Fluent in Welsh and English
•Passionate about creativity and its role in education
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
•Commitment to promoting bilingualism and Welsh culture
