Treasury Analyst Middle Office
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

This is a great opportunity for an internal candidate to progress their Computershare career by joining our Finance team and becoming a key player in managing treasury operations across the entire Computershare Group. The Treasury function is responsible for the management of all monies for all client held funds and the provision of all management reporting for the activities it undertakes both internally to the business and externally to Regulators and, where appropriate, other 3rd parties.
Treasury is a fast-moving environment and is responsible for the management of all Computershare bank accounts (circa 13,000 in EMEA), for handling all banking/payment related queries from both internal and external parties and for undertaking due diligence across all counterparties.

Key accountabilities
* Resolve payment queries, manage internal exceptions and external partners.
* Bank account management processes: management of bank mandates; Know Your Customer activities; opening and closing of accounts; bank fee analysis; and administration of banking portals.
* Execute confirmations: Supporting routine trade/ transaction instructions and valuation of financial products.
* Reconcile treasury transactions using our Treasury Management System and accounting platforms.
* Execute and manage payment releases across various transaction types.
* Calculate and process interest earned by clients on their investments.
* Produce fund flow analysis and treasury reporting.
* Recommend process improvements and contribute to ad hoc treasury projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
* Stay current with regulatory training and market developments.

To thrive in this position, you’ll ideally hold a degree‑level qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Or you’ll need to hold prior experience working within a treasury environment, along with a solid understanding of the associated regulatory landscape.
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous: Holding a Treasury Professional qualification (ACT) or being a Chartered Accountant (CIMA/ACCA). Would be highly regarded. Familiarity with treasury systems and automation tools will support your success in the role, as will a sound understanding of the financial services industry.
