Position: Business Development Manager for Edinburgh/Glasgow region
Salary: £35-42K + car allowance, bonus, pension, and other benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing premium alcoholic drinks business developing and selling award-winning beers and spirits to On Trade independents, groups, and national accounts.
They require a Business Development Manager to develop existing accounts, build new relationships, and increase sales across premium On Trade accounts in the Edinburgh and Glasgow region. We seek proactive and ambitious drinks sales professionals to lead sales growth and success.
Candidates should demonstrate strong experience selling drinks brands in the On Trade and will be a BDE, BDM, or similar level currently working in the Scottish On Trade. You will negotiate directly with buying teams, manage P+L, nurture customer relations, and have a solid understanding of account management and sales development.
Requirements include:
* Strong exposure to working with premium brands in the On-Trade
* An entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to building customer relationships
* Passion for drinks culture and the wider On-Trade drinks arena
* Highly organized, numerate, and with good commercial skills
* A proactive approach and desire to advance your career
