The Role: What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, youll act as the key point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout their journey with professionalism and care.
Manage a high volume of client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Maintain and update accurate case files, keeping all information current and accessible
Clearly explain case updates and processes in a simple, client-friendly manner
Liaise with internal legal teams to communicate client needs and support positive outcomes
Balance multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively based on urgency
Accurately document all client interactions and ensure timely follow-up
Handle client concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Provide administrative support including scheduling and file organisation
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service at every touchpoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
Ability to handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Competent in Microsoft Office and case management/CRM systems
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic working environment
Previous experience in legal, financial, or professional services (desirable)
Awareness of compliance and regulatory standards (advantageous)
