Job Description
* Manage the full lifecycle of capital markets deal cost and fee allocations across various funds and advisors
* Prepare and deliver fee and cost-sharing invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
* Analyze and reconcile deal costs, fund allocations, and advisor reimbursements using enterprise expense allocation systems
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Finance, Business Unit Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Tax to ensure accurate treatment of shared expenses
* Maintain and enhance allocation models and methodologies in coordination with internal systems and IT
* Review transaction invoices, reconcile wire payments, and ensure alignment with fund and bank ledgers
* Respond to internal and external inquiries with detailed transaction analysis and reporting support
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements for allocation and cost management
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum GPA 3.3 required)
* 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial operations—experience within investment management or management company accounting is a strong plus
* Experience with Workday, Tableau, or Integridata-EAS preferred
