What the Role Involves Supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health), or complex learning difficulties Building trust and helping create calm, positive learning environments Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff to provide tailored support Full-time hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday You don’t need previous school experience—we’ll help you get classroom ready.
