Job Description
Imperial Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy registrations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and progressing Land Registry applications, liaising with third parties, and keeping clients and lenders fully updated while managing a caseload of property registration
You will play a key role in registering property with the land registry performing all administration duties associated in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Preparing Documents to be Submitted for Registration at Land Registry
* Chasing Outstanding Documents with Third Parties
* Updating client and Lenders directly or via the Lender Portals
* Running a caseload of registrations
* Any other administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in an administrative or legal support role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* A professional and client-focused approach
Key Information-
* Office hours 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 4 o’clock finish Friday
* Based on site
* Pension scheme

Conveyancing experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
