They are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Solicitor to join their team. The role: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts. Provide expert legal advice on contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making and provide guidance on complex contractual issues. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure seamless contract management processes. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in contract drafting and negotiation. Qualifications: A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year experience in commercial contracts. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
