Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality, recovery-focused mental health nursing care
Build therapeutic relationships with individuals and their support networks
Conduct assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Uphold legislation, policies and best practice standards
Contribute to service improvement and clinical excellence
About You
Registration as a Registered Nurse with a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
Minimum 24 months UK experience in a mental health clinical setting (inpatient and/or community)
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care
Sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2022
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work rotating rosters including nights
Willingness to work across multiple hospital sites
Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
