Job Description
As a National Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving John West’s growth within the Discount and Convenience channels. You’ll own and deliver strategic customer plans, strengthen partnerships, and translate commercial insights into real business results.

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver ambitious strategic customer plans aligned with our commercial scorecard.
* Take P&L ownership of your accounts, ensuring delivery of volume, value, and profit targets.
* Build strong, cross-functional relationships with customers and internal teams to grow brand visibility and performance.
* Lead joint business planning (JBP) and performance reviews with customers.
* Partner with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute brand and category initiatives.
* Manage trade investment budgets to maximise ROI for both John West and the customer.
* Drive effective forecasting, evaluation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
