About the Role
As a Project Manager within the Generation Business, you will play a pivotal role in delivering multi-disciplinary and cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and according to scope, all while adhering to our new Delivery Framework.
You’ll be part of an established team that provides Secretariat, Delivery, and PMO Services in an operational environment, engaging in both change delivery and critical BAU activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Controlled delivery of multiple projects and small programmes.
* Promoting positive collaboration and providing leadership to cross-functional project teams.
* Regular interaction with Senior Management, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
* Adapting to various project types, including strategic, regulatory, commercial, and operational changes.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* A degree and a professional qualification in Project/Programme Management (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, MSP).
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies and standard artefacts.
* Relevant industry experience (power, utilities, construction) is a plus.
* Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
