About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, youll play a key part in ensuring their clients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs. Youll work closely with the care team, providing guidance, support, and supervision while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments, care reviews, and spot checks
Supervise and support care staff in the field
Ensure care plans are accurate, up to date, and followed correctly
Provide training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching
Respond promptly to client needs and resolve issues as they arise
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policiesWhat Were Looking For:
Experience in domiciliary/home care (supervisory experience desirable)
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A caring, professional, and approachable nature
