Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
We are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist on a 6-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Purpose of the Role
The Procurement Specialist, CDE, will source and procure the required Common Data Environment (CDE) software and services, supporting the achievement of PPP and Sellafield Ltd business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Draft, develop, implement, and maintain CDE procurement strategies, plans, dashboards, and reports.
2. Ensure effective communication between procurement, digital delivery teams, suppliers, KBR corporate departments, and the client.
3. Develop and manage procurement processes and supply chain for assigned packages, ensuring compliance with policies, systems, procedures, and contract requirements.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
5. Identify procurement needs and challenge ill-defined or incomplete requests.
6. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including preparing NDAs, DGQs, ITNs, ITTs, negotiating contractual terms, bid analysis, and contract notifications.
7. Assist with placing Purchase Orders and participate in contract kick-off meetings.
8. Complete commercial handover documentation and support procurement team activities.
Experience and Qualifications
* MCIPS / RICS accredited (or working towards)
* At least 5 years of contracts experience, preferably within ICT and/or software supply chain procurement
* Autonomous and effective both individually and as part of a team
* Strong relationship management skills
* Proficient with computerized purchasing systems and MS Office 365 applications
* Negotiation and diplomacy skills
* Well-organized with a structured approach to prioritization
