Vertu Accident Repair Centre Loughborough is looking for a Parts Advisor/Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll be part of a committed on-site crew focused on delivering outstanding service to both retail and trade customers. In this dual-role position, you’ll handle parts ordering and administration, while also supporting front-of-house reception duties. Key Responsibilities: Order and manage Bodyshop parts for repair jobs Chase outstanding orders and source alternatives for unavailable items Load parts onto Kerridge and our Bodyshop management system Provide front-desk support including answering calls and greeting customers Carry out general administrative tasks to support the team What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a parts role within the motor industry Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working across systems and handling multiple tasks We are proud to be the motor retailer that invests more in our colleagues' personal development than any other.
