Business Development Executive (Field Sales) - North West England

Our client, a leading provider of payment solutions for independent businesses across the UK, is expanding their presence in the North West and building a brand-new field-based sales team! The Opportunity: Join a dynamic and supportive environment with a company renowned for helping thousands of merchants reduce costs, improve cash flow, and stay competitive in the fast-moving retail and hospitality market. This is a full-time, permanent position designed to launch your career in field sales with comprehensive training and ongoing support.
What You'll Be Doing: As a Business Development Executive, you'll be on the front line, introducing cutting-edge payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a local representative for our client's solutions.
* Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
* Utilising advanced digital tools (e.g., CRM, Statement Reader) to send tailored initial offers and warm up leads.
* Following up with engaged prospects, attending booked face-to-face meetings, and delivering persuasive presentations showcasing the value proposition.
* Closing new business deals and collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and actively managing your sales pipeline.

* A Full UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role.
What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary: Starting at £28,000, rising to £30,000, with uncapped commission and a realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £47,000+.
* Car allowance of £4,800.
