Salary: Band G - £24990.00 to £26520.00 FTE (Actual £14994.00 to £15912.00 per annum)

We’re looking for a Restaurant and Catering Supervisor to join the Hospitality team here at East Coast College.
With an exciting relaunch of our Trip Advisor Excellent rated EAST Restaurant, we have a new role for a quality driven Supervisor who shares our commitment to service, student development, and sustainability.
Working closely with the wider Hospitality team, you will be responsible for menu creation, managing bookings, ordering and procurement, food quality, and overall customer satisfaction. Your knowledge of the local food scene and labour market will allow for engagement with employers, effective marketing of the restaurant, organising “on trend” events, and providing our students with an outstanding environment to hone their skills ready for the world of work.
