Key Responsibilities Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD or speech, language and communication needs. Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help develop academic, social, and emotional skills. Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, structured, and safe learning environment. Adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs. Use strategies to support positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Help prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson planning when required. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Ideal Candidate Profile A recent graduate (education, psychology, social sciences, or related fields preferred). A genuine interest in SEN, with a patient, compassionate, and resilient attitude.
