Gas Service & Repair Engineer PAYE: One of our leading social housing clients is currently looking for an experienced Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover Northolt (HA & UB postcodes) Your key tasks and responsibilities will be : * Service domestic gas appliances and boilers * Working within void and occupied properties * Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials * Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues * Report any non-compliance or process failures to management Knowledge, skills and experience required for this role : * Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years) * Excellent customer service skills * Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT * Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years) The rest of the package includes: * Company van and fuel card * 23 days holiday + bank holidays on top * Bonus Scheme * Pension Scheme * Hand Held Device (PDA)...
