Interim Finance ManagerExeter (Hybrid)Full or Part-time, Interim£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Our client, a prominent Exeter based organisation, is seeking an experienced and Finance Manager to join them, on a full or part-time, interim basis.
The Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage annual budgets, tracking actual results against forecasts to facilitate sound financial planning.
* Provide clear financial reports and insights on cash, payroll, and billing to support informed business decisions.
* Monitoring cash flow projections, setting robust budgets, and ensuring financial stability.
* Collaborating with senior leaders on business improvement, IT, and strategic development projects.
* Payroll
The Candidate:
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified.
* Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
* Leadership experience, with proven people management and team oversight.
* Superb interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
