Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the removals branch performance, including KPIs, profit and loss, and cost control.
* Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Identify new removals business opportunities, build client relationships, and secure contracts.
* Ensure compliance with all transport and health & safety regulations.
* Manage the removals branch resources efficiently, including staffing, training, and operational needs.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a successful removals branch team.
* Conduct client visits, attend networking events, and strengthen client relationships.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
* Ensure all the removals company's premises and assets are maintained and secure.
* Oversee credit control and financial reporting for the branch.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a management role within the removals and relocation industry.
* Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial removals services.
* Understanding of transport legislation, fleet management, and health & safety compliance.

* Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control.
