Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Legal Executive – Chippenham, Wiltshire
This unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded and successful team
The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality company commercial law
You will advise on approximately 70% transactional work and 30% commercial/contracts
You will enjoy advising on:
* Mergers & Acquisitions
* Share restructures
* Family Farming Partnerships
* SPV / Joint ventures
* Employee ownership trusts
* Succession planning
* And much more
The firm doesn’t have specific sector focus (yet!), but because of its geography, it has many agricultural & manufacturing clients.
You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on board
What experience do you need:
* 5+ years' PQE in corporate commercial law
* Strong background and willingness to learn
* An openness for business development would be an advantage but do also get in touch if you really dislike this!
