Overview
We’re looking for a Construction Management Student to join our Construction team in Cambridge for a Summer Placement.
Location: Cambridge – with flexibility to travel across the region. Starting date: July 2026. Starting salary: £26,208 per annum. Pathway: 8 weeks – 40 hours per week.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Summer Placement Construction Management student, you will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the required quality. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a solid foundation in construction management.
Your day-to-day duties
* Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects.
* Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to support project objectives.
* Conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.
How does a placement work?

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking students pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field who can join us on an 8-week placement across July–August. You must be returning to university upon completion of your placement.
