We are currently recruiting for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (SEN TA / LSA) to join a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school from September 2025. This is a full-time role, working closely with a Class Teacher and SENDCo to support pupils who require personalised learning and emotional support. About the Role: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group interventions. Adapting learning activities to meet the individual needs of pupils. Promoting inclusion and supporting the emotional wellbeing of pupils with additional needs. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals.
