Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Borehamwood for a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer (MSP). You will provide high-level technical support for escalated client issues, working with various technologies as part of our friendly, supportive team. Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing IT infrastructure, cloud, hardware, software, and networking systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
* Knowledge of Windows Server, Virtualisation, Backup, Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN), Cloud (Azure, AWS), Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Terminal Services
* Experience with Windows Server 2012+ and Windows 10
* PowerShell and scripting skills are a plus
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
* MSP experience and relevant IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNP) are preferred
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or in a team
