Business Manager / Depot Manager Trafford Park
Salary: £60,000 £65,000+ DOE + Company Car (Further Financials Discussed at Interview) Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time Contract: Permanent
Overview Were looking for an experienced Depot Manager to lead our busy HGV dealership in Trafford Park. This is a key leadership role where youll drive business growth, maximise profitability, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic commercial vehicle environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide vision and leadership to drive the business forward
Maximise profits and return on investment through efficient resource management
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Manage and develop service and parts sales volumes and profitability
Control cash flow and working capital within company limits
Oversee all site facilities and health & safety compliance
Act as main point of contact for customers and suppliers
Create a culture where all staff can develop and excel
What Youll Need
Proven commercial vehicle dealership management experience
Strong understanding of modern vehicle industry processes and practices
Experience in budget management, KPI monitoring and cost control
Excellent people management and team development skills
Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (GDS)
Full clean driving licence
Clean Driving License as this role requires travel to various locations including customer sites.
