Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Commissioning Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\n\nOur client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\n\nWe are looking for a Commissioning Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\n\nThe Commissioning Manager, will be responsible for:\n\n * Producing design review reports.\n\n * Produce detailed Commissioning Plan & Strategy documentation.\n\n * Arrange and chair commission meetings.\n\n * Report progress on all Commissioning activities.\n\n * Develop project commissioning schedule in conjunction with the Project team.\n\n * Compile all testing and commissioning documentation including verifying and signing off on all results.\n\n * Track progress against schedule and manpower levels.\n\n * Report to the Project Manager regarding any delays or issues from the commissioning specialists.\n\n * Review Commissioning and Testing RAMS from specialist contractors.\n\n * Conduct quality control inspections on project sites.\n\n * Ensure site Health & Safety procedures and best practices are always maintained.\n\n * Assist with compiling and populating Handover packs and other relevant QA/QC documents.\n\nTo be successful for this Commissioning Manager role you must have:\n\n * Relevant degree level qualification in an Engineering Qualification (ONC, HND or Degree Level in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services).\n\n * Proven background in Commissioning Management in mechanical and/or electrical infrastructure.\n\n * Project experience in live critical working environments. (data centres, pharmaceutical, laboratories, heavy industrial, etc.)\n\n * Knowledge of the construction and engineering industry's statutory requirements, methods, and processes.\n\n * Willingness to travel or stay away on short term basis dependent on needs of project.\n\n * Client facing and client management experience.\n\n * CSCS card holder relevant to role.\n\n * IOSH or SMSTS CITB site management safety training scheme course.\n\n * First aid at work.\n\n * Full UK Driving licence holder.\n\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Commissioning Manager role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
