Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Technology Manager on behalf of a leading tech comapny. You will be responsible for driving products from pilot to full-scale deployment, leading both technical execution and business operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Review and validate PRDs to meet business and user needs
* Drive end-to-end product lifecycle (design, build, launch, optimization)
* Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
* Resolve bottlenecks, balance priorities, and ensure successful delivery
* Use data and metrics to inform decisions and improve products
* Identify gaps and translate operational challenges into scalable solutions
