What will you get up to?
* Lead on all preventative, scheduled and ad hoc maintenance – creating a calendar and delivery schedule for all work across the site - bar, restaurant, kitchen and gaming.
* Ensure site is H&S compliant across health, safety and fire – ensuring all certification and documentation is correct.
* Own the budget for maintenance, supplies and inventory within the site, ensuring repairs, replacements and upgrades are budgeted for.
