Due to continue expansion, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. The salary for this role is £25,000 annually. Let's talk about the role. It involves; Carrying out repairs and improvements on a diverse portfolio of student and professional properties, in and around the Headingley and Hyde Park districts of Leeds. You will be required to supply your own basic tools and further tools will be provided as required. You will be tasked with carry out works in both occupied and unoccupied properties across the following disciplines; Wet plumbing, painting, joinery Basic none qualified electrical skills General property repairs We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as; Confident with customers, personable, a “can do” attitude, and experience in a wide range of trades. Preferably you will have experience carrying out high volumes of work on residential properties.
