Looking to make a real impact supporting people in the criminal justice system?
A new programme is launching in Norwich, and were looking for someone to provide one-to-one support to individuals on probationhelping them access employment, training, education, housing, healthcare, and wider resettlement services.
Youll be based at Norwich Probation Trust, working directly with clients in the community. Your role will focus on setting goals, offering practical advice, and connecting people with the support they need to rebuild their lives.
Who were looking for:
Youll have experience working with people in or leaving the criminal justice systemsuch as in prisons, probation, or resettlement services. Were also keen to hear from those whove supported vulnerable groups facing homelessness, substance misuse, or mental health challenges. Criminology graduates with relevant volunteer experience are welcome too.
People from the following backgrounds often thrive in this type of work: probation or prison officers, resettlement workers, supported housing officers, drug & alcohol workers, hostel staff, careers or employment advisers.
